Our store is equipped with lifts. Wheelchairs are available at the store entrance and guide dogs are welcome.

Our store is equipped with dedicated parking bays for families and customers with accessibility needs are located near store entrances to ensure convenient and inclusive access. To further promote our inclusivity, our store provides family, disabled and gender-neutral restrooms.
There are lifts connecting all levels of the IKEA store. A limited amount of wheelchairs are available for customers with mobility needs to use. Customers can approach the friendly Store Greeter located inside the entrance doors to borrow a wheelchair during their visit.
Assistance animals are welcome in IKEA Sylvia Park. Please keep your support animal under control and clean up after them. Otherwise, you may be kindly asked to remove your animal from the store.
