Can IKEA pick up my old mattress if I want to return it?
IKEA New Zealand does not currently offer a mattress or mattress pad removal service.
While mattress or mattress pad removal isn’t a service we currently offer in New Zealand, we’re happy to help with returns under our 365-day mattress exchange policy. Simply bring your mattress in-store for assessment, and our team will assist you from there.
