Yes, we’re pleased to confirm that our Buy Back service will be available at IKEA Sylvia Park from day one. You can easily and safely resell your unwanted IKEA furniture through our Buy Back service on our website, because all IKEA furniture deserves a second life!
Our IKEA furniture Buy-back service allows you to give your used IKEA furniture a second life and minimise the contribution to landfill.
Simply start this process by going to our Buy Back Tool to see if your IKEA product is eligible for our Buy Back service. Using this tool will generate a quote and the final amount that may be offered will be based on co-worker assessment upon arrival.
Once you have received your quote, head to our IKEA Auckland store with your fully assembled item, to the Exchange and Returns counter.
Please note that IKEA co-workers are unable to go outside to assess the products.
Once assessed and accepted, you will receive a Refund Card which is eligible to spend at IKEA Auckland or online!
Furniture sold through Buy Back is then resold in our As-Is department so it can enjoy a second life in a new home at an even more affordable price.
