Why can't I buy a product online that says it’s in stock in the store?

Our orders are fulfilled from two separate locations. Online orders are fulfilled from our online warehouse and stock in store is available for our in-store customers or purchase or Click and Collect.

If you find an item is not available for online delivery, please sign up for stock notifications for when the product will be restocked at our online warehouse. 
You can check stock at your local IKEA store which may be available. For this stock, you can purchase in-store or place a Click and Collect order if it is not low in stock. After purchasing your products in store, you can arrange for delivery to your home at the Home Delivery counter.
