Where can I find my Business Account Number?
You can find your IKEA business account number on an old invoice from IKEA, in your IKEA business emails or on the IKEA app.
You can find your IKEA Business Network account number in the following places:
- By logging into your IKEA Business Network account on IKEA.co.nz
- Your welcome e-mail and in the footer of each IKEA Business Network e-mail
- You can contact the customer service team, where we can send your ID via SMS (if you are an account holder)
- You can add your digital membership to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
- You can save it in your mobile phone as an image
Once you have logged in to your account you will be able to see which loyalty program you belong to within IKEA.
