How can I update my IKEA Business Network account details?

Updating your information is a simple and easy process.

At IKEA, we like to keep it simple, so we have made it easier to update your IKEA Business Network details, wherever and whenever you need to.
When you log in to your account on the IKEA website, you will then be able to view your company information and edit what details need to be updated.
When modifying your account, please allow up to 24 hours for the changes to take place in a situation where there is no sign of an instant change.
If you wish to delete your account, you have two options:
1. Log in to your IKEA account on our website. Navigate to the 'Account' page, then select 'Login and security', and click 'Delete'.
2. If you prefer, you can contact our customer service team here. Please provide your account number and clearly state that you wish to delete your account.
