Is my IKEA order being delivered by a truck?
Our larger furniture pieces will always be delivered by a truck courier service.
IKEA utilises third party service partners for our truck deliveries, enabling us to fulfil larger deliveries directly to you.
For online purchases over 8kg, you'll get truck delivery options at the check-out, or visit us in store to book in a timeslot for your delivery that best suits you. Be advised that when shopping online, not all items may be delivered via a truck. You will receive an SMS, email and/or phone call before the delivery is attempted.
Once you have received your delivery, compare the number of packages on the delivery bill and check if there are any damages to the packages. If there are any missing or damaged packages, our carrier will note it on the delivery bill, and we will contact you.
