What do I do if my delivery has failed?
If you delivery was unsuccessful, don't worry. We'll make sure your order can be delivered as soon as we can!
If your truck delivery has failed, or you were not home for your truck delivery, please contact us. Please have your case number ready, if you have been provided one. A re-delivery fee may apply.
IKEA New Zealand uses New Zealand Post to deliver your parcel.
