Can I use my IKEA Family membership across multiple countries?
New Zealand IKEA Family memberships will not work overseas. We also are unable to accept overseas IKEA Family memberships for purchases made here.
We’re unable to transfer IKEA Family memberships between countries. If you wish to keep your overseas membership as well as sign up in New Zealand, you can do so with a different email address. The same applies if you have an New Zealand IKEA Family membership and wish to make purchases when visiting an overseas IKEA store.
Alternatively, you can delete your overseas membership through the IKEA Family page of that country or email the local customer support there for assistance. Once this membership is deleted, you can sign up here with the same email address.
