Can I order an IKEA Family Card?
Keeping in line with our IKEA values of sustainability, we are no longer issuing plastic membership cards but there are multiple ways you can scan your membership when shopping.
Our IKEA app allows you to store a digital version of your membership. You can download the IKEA app for free from Google Play or Apple's App Store, to make your shopping easier and faster. Alternatively:
- At the bottom of every IKEA Family email appears a barcode which we can scan in store.
- Co-workers can also look up your membership at the register with your contact number or email address (please ensure it is up to date on your account).
Get in touch with our customer service team and we can send you an email which will allow you to add your IKEA Family card to your Apple Pay or Google Wallet.

We can unfortunately not register your IKEA Family card or apply discounts to your purchase after it has already been completed, you are however more than welcome to return your order and re-buy the products again.
