How can I contact my delivery driver?

Once your parcel order leaves our warehouse, you can use your order number to track it on our website.

You can track your order here. 
If your order is being delivered via parcel, once it has been dispatched you can contact NZ Post directly to arrange a redirection or to rebook your delivery. You can contact them directly here. 
If your order is being delivered via truck (whether it is in the home or to the door), the courier driver will contact you a minimum of 30 minutes prior to delivery within your booked time slot.  
NOTE: It is important to double check your contact details before the delivery date occurs.
