Authority to Leave is automatically applied to your order, meaning the delivery driver will leave your order in a safe and secure location if you’re not at home.
Cost considerations: Delivery pricing is calculated at checkout based on your order value, location, and chosen delivery type. Exact fees are provided during the purchase process. The starting delivery price for this service is $49.
Timing and scheduling factors: A delivery window of up to 10 hours is provided on the day you choose. You can select a specific day during checkout, and the estimated delivery date is shown as part of the scheduling process.
Item size and type restrictions: This service works well for orders that are small to moderately sized, including items like chairs, tables, workspaces, and accessories. For items that are heavy or bulky, please consider whether you will be able to safely move these items into your home. If you believe you will require assistance, we recommend our ‘In The Home’ service.
Location/distance factors: Ideal for residential addresses where the delivery vehicle can easily access the front door (always ensure clear access and note any parking or building restrictions).
