Can I return items at the external warehouses and store pick-up points?

We accept returns of items in the store's exchange and return department.

To save time, you can register your return in advance by creating a quick return.

You will then receive an SMS and email with a barcode that is valid for 14 days and will be prioritized when you visit the exchange and return department. This service is currently available at all stores, except IKEA Leangen.
