Why can't I order the item with parcel delivery?
Most smaller items can be shipped as postal packages, but some products are stored elsewhere due to logistics and warehouse placement, so parcel delivery is not available for these items.
Most smaller items can be sent to you as a postal package, but unfortunately, some of our products are not in our parcel delivery warehouse. We understand this may seem illogical, but the reason has to do with product logistics and warehouse placement. Therefore, postal package is not available as a delivery option for these individual items via the app or our website. We are continuously working to improve and develop our services and are looking into solutions that will create a better shopping experience for you as a customer in the future.
This is usually because the stock level is so low that we won’t be able to pick the items for you in time, or because you live outside the store’s delivery zone.
