Are there any restrictions on delivery?
We deliver to most addresses in Norway with road access. There are some exceptions, such as post office boxes, islands without bridges, construction sites, cabins without road access, and addresses outside Norway.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all addresses in Norway with road access, as long as it's accessible by our delivery partners.
We do not deliver to
- Post office boxes
- Islands without a bridge connection (we can deliver to the quay or a mainland address).
- Construction sites
- Cabins without road access
- Addresses outside Norway

What items can be delivered
Most IKEA products can be delivered to your home.
Some items are only available in-store, such as:
- Fragile products
- Seasonal items
- Live plants
- Food items

Delivery to apartments and houses
We deliver to your chosen floor and place the items together in the room you select – as long as you've chosen Indoor delivery or Express indoor delivery.
Minimum order value:
- The order must be at least 99,-
- Some products also have minimum quantity requirements
- You'll always see available delivery options at checkout when you order
Important to remember:
When you order delivery by truck, we need some information to make the delivery go smoothly:
- What type of home you live in (apartment, house, or business)
- Whether there are obstacles that make it difficult to drive all the way to the address
- Any details such as gates, barriers, or parking options
- Enter this information when you order – it helps us plan your delivery in the best possible way.
