Are there any limitations for delivery services?
There is a minimum order value for delivery services. Some products also require a certain quantity to be eligible for delivery, and some fragile items will not be available for delivery.
Starting May 19, we are introducing a minimum limit of 150 kroner for delivery.
If the amount is lower – or the item a bit fragile – you can easily pick it up in the store with Click and Collect or from our IKEA pickup lockers.
When you shop online, we’ll show you which delivery options are available. And if you need help in the store, we’re always ready for a chat!
Most smaller items can be shipped as postal packages, but some products are stored elsewhere due to logistics and warehouse placement, so parcel delivery is not available for these items.
