Why can't I select postal package as a shipping options when the goods are within the requirements?
Sometimes you will not get a postal parcel as a delivery option even if you are within the measurement and weight limits. Here you will find information about why.
You can get packages up to 33kg and with dimensions up to L:120 x W:60 x H:60 cm as a postal package shipped to the post office or to your doorstep from us, but unfortunately there are some exceptions. Some of these are:
- One or more of the items are considered too fragile to be sent as a postal parcel
- The item is sold out at our postal parcel warehouse but available at our delivery warehouse
- The item is only sold at department stores and you will only get the option of express home delivery or click and collect.
- The item is almost always sold with car delivery home and we have chosen to have it only in the car delivery warehouse to keep the price of the item as low as possible.
