Why does the availability of the products change throughout checkout?

We want you to receive your products as soon as possible. Some products may however be stocked in-store and others in warehouses, which impacts delivery and may lead to it being split into multiple deliveries.

It's okay to change your mind. That's why you have unlimited exchange and return rights on all unused IKEA products that are still part of our assortment.

This is usually because the stock level is so low that we won’t be able to pick the items for you in time, or because you live outside the store’s delivery zone.

You can change your delivery date after you have placed your order by going to ‘Manage orders’ on the Customer Support pages. You cannot add or remove any products after the order has been placed.

The delivery methods we offer depend on the products you want to buy and the stock availability in your selected zip code area, for the allocated delivery time.
