Why can’t I order an item online when it says it’s in stock at the store?
This is usually because the stock level is so low that we won’t be able to pick the items for you in time, or because you live outside the store’s delivery zone.
If you live outside the delivery zone, we will send the items from our central warehouse, and it may be that we are out of stock there, even if the item is in stock at your nearest store.
On the product page, you can easily check the stock level and when we expect to receive more of the product at your store.
Both stock levels and capacity can be reasons why your nearest pick-up location is not available as an option. This is updated daily, so please try again tomorrow or check the stock levels on the product pages.
