Why can’t I choose my preferred delivery method?

Flat-packed products are easy to transport, but that doesn’t mean you have to do it yourself. We have several different delivery methods for you to choose from.

How quickly you can get delivery depends on order size, delivery location, demand for delivery, and product availability.

This is usually because the stock level is so low that we won’t be able to pick the items for you in time, or because you live outside the store’s delivery zone.

The availability of products depends on your selected location as well as preferred delivery method. A product may be available at your selected location, but unavailable with a specific delivery method and vice versa.

It may be because the warehouse is fully booked, or perhaps there are not enough items in stock. Try another warehouse or wait a bit and try again later.

Both stock levels and capacity can be reasons why your nearest pick-up location is not available as an option. This is updated daily, so please try again tomorrow or check the stock levels on the product pages.
