Why is my order split into two different deliveries?
We want you to receive your products as soon as possible. Some products may however be stocked in-store and others in warehouses, which impacts delivery and may lead to it being split into multiple deliveries.
Take another look at the order confirmation and packaging. If you still can’t find it, track your order to check if we have split the delivery. Still can’t find it? Contact us, and we’ll resolve it!
