Can I change the content of my order after purchase?
You can change your delivery date after you have placed your order by going to ‘Manage orders’ on the Customer Support pages. You cannot add or remove any products after the order has been placed.
If you are unable to solve the issue on your own, please contact our customer service so we can look into your options.
If something is missing after delivery or Click & Collect at a warehouse or a pickup location, be sure to first check if your order is split into multiple deliveries, as the missing item may still be on its way. If you notice that items are still missing from your order, please contact customer service for further assistance.
If you receive a product you have not ordered, first check if it is an extra item or if something else from the order is missing. If items are missing, contact IKEA customer service and a member of staff will help you return the wrong items and get hold of the missing ones. If you've received extra items, check your invoice to see if you've been charged, then contact IKEA Customer Service for guidance on how to proceed.
