Can I change the content of my order after purchase?
You can change your delivery date after you have placed your order by going to ‘Manage orders’ on the Customer Support pages. You cannot add or remove any products after the order has been placed.
If you are unable to solve the issue on your own, please contact our customer service so we can look into your options.
You can easily change the pickup day or cancel your click and collect order after payment, directly from your IKEA profile. If you want to change the contents of the order, you must cancel it and place a new one.
