Can someone else pick up my Click and Collect order for me?

The time may vary, but in most cases you can pick it up after 1–2 days. You choose a pickup time when you order and will receive an SMS when your order is ready for collection.

When you order Click and Collect to a pickup locker, you choose the desired day and time window. We will pick your order, and you can collect it as soon as you receive an SMS from us.

Most products you can order online can also be picked up with Click and Collect. The exceptions are food, special order items, and custom-made products.

Buy the items on ikea.no and pick them up yourself when they are ready.
