What should I do if my product has been recalled?
If an IKEA product you own has been recalled, please stop using it immediately. Visit your nearest IKEA store or contact IKEA customer service to return it and get a full refund.
All IKEA products are thoroughly designed and tested to ensure customer safety and compliance with applicable standards and legislation. Despite these testing standards, there are rare cases where certain products need to be recalled due to a previously undetected safety concern.
