I was not home when Posten was supposed to deliver my package. What should I do?
Things don’t always go as planned, but no worries!
Posten will just take the package to your local post office or post in store. As soon as it is ready for pickup, you will receive an SMS with a pickup code. If you want to schedule a new delivery, you pay and make a new arrangement directly with Posten. You can download the Posten app to or contact Posten's customer service to change the arrangement.
