Track your online orders

Here's the fastest way to check the status of your shipment. Just enter your Web Order Reference Number/tracking number to check real-time progress and detail of your shipment. Kindly note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking data to be available.


If your order is a Parcel delivery, track here


If your order is a Truck delivery or with Click & Collect, track here:


If your order is a Click & Collect delivery, track here

1. All the notifications regarding the status of your order will be sent via email. Kindly take into account that our emails can be located in your spam folder.

2. The delivery day you selected will be the day your order arrives at our Click & Collect point.

3. Your order is ready to be picked up if it appears as “Order in-transit” when tracking it. As in the following image:

4. For more details of the status of your order, click on "Tracking details". The status update "Order Takeover" indicates that your order is already at our Click & Collect point and you can pick it up. Example:
