Terms and conditions Click and Collect
This option will only be available for products purchased on IKEA.mx or in Stores provided that such products are not available for immediate delivery on the day of purchase made by the Consumer. Consumers may choose, as a delivery service modality, to pick up the purchased products at the following address ("Delivery Point"):
- Mexico City "FEDEX Bondojito". H. Congreso de la Unión 5840, Bondojito, Gustavo A. Madero, 07850 Mexico City, CDMX ("Delivery Point"). Public operating hours: Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- State of Mexico "San Martin de Obispo". Barranca Honda s/n, 54769 Cuautitlán Izcalli, Méx. ("Delivery Point"). Public operating hours: Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- IKEA Store Puebla: Basement parking of Plaza Vía San Angel where IKEA Puebla is located Blvd Atlixcáyotl 1504, local 101 and 102, Colonia Reserva Territorial Atlixcáyotl, San Andrés Cholula Municipality, Postal Code 72820, Puebla ("Delivery Point"). Public operating hours: Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m.; Monday to Thursday 12:30 p.m. to 09:00 p.m.; Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- IKEA Store Oceanía: Avenida del Peñon 355, Moctezuma Segunda Sección, Venustiano Carranza, Postal Code 15530, Mexico City at the collection point located in parking level -1. Public operating hours 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m
The opening of new Delivery Points is at the discretion of IKEA Mexico and must be consulted by the Consumer prior to making their purchase. In this service, Consumers will have the option to choose the day to collect the products. Such choice cannot be less than 7 natural days following the purchase and within the operating hours of the Delivery Point so that the Consumer can pick up their purchased products.
The purchased products will be available at the Delivery Point within the indicated period as long as the purchase is confirmed and will be available to be collected by the Consumer on the date selected by the Consumer and during the operating hours of the specified address. The Consumer will have a maximum period of 3 natural days (within the public operating days of the specified address) from the date they are made available to the Consumer to collect their purchased products. In case the Consumer does not collect the goods within the stipulated period, IKEA Mexico will cancel the order and refund the Consumer the amount paid for the order minus the cost for the "Click and Collect" service. The Consumer must provide their full name, corresponding order number to be able to receive the products, and show a valid official identification. The purchased products can only be collected by the Consumer who made the purchase.
