Orders pick up in our stores IKEA Oceania, IKEA Guadalajara Expo and IKEA Puebla for only $ 100 pesos.
Orders pick up at Collection point Narvarte in Mexico City at $ 100 pesos and from $ 700 pesos at all other collection points in Mexico.
Here’s how:
1. Shopping online
- Buy quickly and in no time at all, without ever leaving your front door.
- Every order involves extra work and costs. Nevertheless, we aim to offer you the lowest possible prices.
2. We'll prepare your order
- We'll put all our love and dedication into selecting each item.
- We'll aim to offer a quick and proactive service.
3. Pick up your purchases
- We'll let you know when your order is ready.
- Once it has arrived, you have 3 days to collect your order.
- The Collection point staff will request the order number, the full name of the person picking it up and an ID.
The delivery fee is applicable for deliveries within Mexico (please use the zip code tracker to check for the service availability).

Ciudad de México, Estado de México, Puebla, Jalisco
Zone 2: $ 800 pesos
Querétaro, Morelos, Hidalgo, Tlaxcala, Nuevo León, Quintana Roo, Guanajuato, Yucatán
Zone 3: $ 900 pesos
Colima, Chiapas, Aguascalientes, Baja California Norte, Baja California Sur, Campeche, Coahuila, Chihuahua, Durango, Guerrero, Michoacán, Nayarit, Oaxaca, San Luis Potosí, Sinaloa, Sonora, Tabasco, Tamaulipas, Veracruz, Zacatecas.
- Please note that during peak seasons such as Sales, Buen Fin, Christmas, there may be delivery delays due to the higher demand for transportation during these times.
- If your zip code does not show results, it is because we do not have a delivery service in your area.
- Please consider that in some zip codes there may be delivery restrictions for home furnishing items which exceed the maximum allowed dimensions. If when trying to complete payment, Home Delivery service is not available in the zip code, even if it is part of our delivery coverage areas, most likely it is because the order has an item that cannot be delivered.
