If you are using an old browser version, we recommend you to update to the latest browser version to guarantee security and the best browsing experience.
Browser compatibility
We're continually working on improving the quality of our website and have made it accessible to all users. This website is best used and has been tested on the browsers below:
• PC, minimum Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 11 or the latest Edge, Firefox and Chrome
• Mac OS X, minimum 10.10 Yosemite with latest Safari
• minimum iOS 10, with latest Safari updates
• minimum Android 6 with the latest Firefox or Chrome
JavaScript settings
If you experience any issues throughout your journey with functionalities now working, we advise you to check your JavaScript settings in your browser.
For Google Chrome:
• Click on browser menu “Customize and control Google Chrome” and click on “Settings”
• Click on “Advanced” in settings.
• On the “Privacy and security,” section click on “Content settings” and select “JavaScript”.
• On the “javaScript” section make sure “Allowed (recommended)” is enabled.
• Close the settings tab and Reload the web page.
For Mozilla Firefox:
• Open a new tab, type “about: config” in the address bar and press Enter.
• Click “I accept the risk!” if a warning message appears.
• Search for javascript.enabled on the search box and double click the on selected preference to change the value to true/false. (you can right click on preference and click “Toggle” to change value)
• Reload the web page.
For Internet Explorer: (IE 11)
• Click on “Tools” button on Browser menu and select “Internet Options”.
• Select “Security” tab from Internet options and select “Custom level…” button.
• Go to “Scripting” section on “Security Settings – Internet Zone” window.
• Make sure to select “Enable” for “Active Scripting” and click on “ok”.
• A Warning pops up with text “Are you sure you want to change the settings for this zone?” Select “Yes”.
• It takes us to “internet Options” window, click on “OK” button to close this window.
• Click on “refresh” button to refresh the page.
For Apple Safari:
• Click “Edit” on browser menu and select “preferences”.
• Select “Security tab” on “Preferences” window.
• In the "Security" tab section "Web content" mark the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox.
• Refresh the web page by clicking on “Reload the current page” button.
