When heated, this pad can be applied to your neck, shoulder or across the tummy, offering soothing relief and helping you to relax.
Two minutes in the microwave or oven will yield approximately 20-30 minutes of moist heat per use.
The pad can also be cooled in the freezer to get a pleasant coldness that can help reduce swelling due to strains or sprains.
