Click and collect
You can shop for it in store – but you don’t have to
With IKEA Click and collect, you’re in control. Place an order online when it’s convenient and choose when and where to collect it.
You’ll still make a trip, but we’ll gather your items so that you have more time and energy for assembling instead.
Here’s how you do it:
Step 1: Choose “click and collect” at checkout and select your IKEA pick up store as well as the date and time.
Step 2: Check your email for the order confirmation with your order number and information or how to collect
Step 3: Go to your selected store following your order confirmation email instructions.
Collection will be contact-free and FREE OF CHARGE. So, please prepare your vehicle and our team will load it for you.
Where to collect:
- IKEA The Avenues: basement parking (Location).
- IKEA 360: dock 5 loading area (Location).
- IKEA Assima: Mall Parking Floor 4 or 4U (Location) .
Click and collect pick-up instructions:
- Collection at IKEA The Avenues same day if order created before 14:00·
- You can select your preferred pick-up date, starting from the next day following your order·
- On collection date, you’ll receive an email to inform you that your order is available and ready to be collected, please bring your order confirmation email and your civil ID·
- Please remember to collect your order on your selected day·
- If someone is collecting on your behalf, please make sure they have the original email confirmation and their civil ID.
