CONSENT FORM FOR COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

IKEA Korea Ltd. (“IKEA”) collects and uses personal information of customers as follows in accordance with the Act on Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

  • Purpose: user verification for Self-service returns
  • All information collected is used within the scope of the above purpose and is not used for any purpose other than the purpose

2. Collected Personal Information

  • Personal customer: name, e-mail address, phone no. (inc. country code)
  • Business customer: company name, name, e-mail address, phone no. (inc. country code)

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

  • Retention period: From the date of consent until the purpose of collection and use of personal information is achieved
  • IKEA in principle discards personal information of a member without delay upon achievement of the purpose of collection and use of such personal information

4. Refusal to consent

You have the right to refuse to consent to the collection and use of your personal information and please be aware of that there may be disadvantages such as not being able to use product exchange self-service if you refuse
