IKEA Japan is part of the Ingka Group, the largest retailer in the IKEA franchise group. In the Japanese market, it operates 10 large IKEA stores, 3 city-center stores, 2 stores within commercial facilities, a customer support center. We are transforming into an omnichannel retailer so that we can offer customers more ways to shop and experience IKEA. Today, customers can shop not only at physical locations but also at the IKEA online store and the IKEA App, or use the phone and chat purchase service. 

Additionally, we are expanding our pick-up services, which allows customers to receive items purchased in-store or online at a more affordable price than standard delivery, and have been increasing the number of pick-up locations across Japan.

We hope to meet the needs of more people than ever before by making our offers and services more accessible, affordable, and sustainable for our customers.
