Birthday coupon
Customers who choose to receive IKEA newsletters via email will receive a ¥500 birthday coupon.
The coupon will be sent to your registered email address on your birthday and will be valid for one month from the date of delivery.
Transport and assembly assurance
Don't worry if your item gets damaged in transit or while you are assembling it. It can be exchanged free of charge within 14 days of your purchase.
10% additional return for trade-ins
If you use our furniture buyback service, you will receive 10% more than the standard value, via a return card.
Events and workshops
You can take part in members-only workshops, such as home furnishing workshops that introduce you to ideas for interior design and storage tips, and events that let you experience Swedish culture.
Home furnishing and kitchen consulting service
You can take advantage of our Interior Planning Service (reservation required/paid), provided by dedicated staff members. Customers who spend 100,000 yen or more on products from IKEA will receive a refund for the service charge of 4,900 yen as an IKEA gift card. You can also book a one-to-one session with a dedicated staff member from the Kitchen Planning Service (reservation required/free of charge).
Receive the latest information & hints for your home via email
Be the first to receive the latest information from IKEA via email. The emails include special pricing for products and information about new products and they're also full of unmissable information such as invitations to a range of events held by IKEA.
Financing Service
Interest is free up to 24 months. You can use this service in IKEA store without credit card.
