Click and Collect at Store
Where to collect and time
- You can pick it up at the "Goods hand out desk" in the IKEA store where you chose to receive it.
- Please receive it within the time frame specified at the time of order so that we can pass it on smoothly. You can check the address and opening hours of each store from here.
How to receive
- Please bring your order form or received e-mail screen and identity verification document (driver's license, insurance card, etc.).
- If the person receiving it is different from the person who placed the order, please make sure to inform us at the time of order and bring the received email and identity verification document on the day.
- Please check in advance whether the product you will receive will fit in your car.
- Please note that a holding fee of JPY 2,000 per week will be charged after one week from the specified date. If the order is not received within one weeks from the specified date and no contact is made, the order will be cancelled. Please note that the service fee will not be refunded.
- When receiving, please check for damage to the packaging of the product by yourself.
About cancellations

- Please be informed that even if you cancel your order, the service fee will not be refunded.
