How to return or exchange
After your purchase
If you find any defects in your purchased items, please bring the product along with proof of purchase to the returns counter or customer service counter.
Take a number from the ticket machine in front of the counter, and our staff will assist you in order. Please note that there may be a wait time depending on the level of congestion.

How to return and exchange at the store
How to return or exchange items in-store
Once a defect in the item you brought is confirmed, we will generally refund the product price. If you wish to exchange the item, please repurchase it.
If you wish to exchange only parts, it may take some time to prepare them at the counter.
Items to bring
- Product
- Proof of purchase (receipt, purchase history in the IKEA app, etc.). If possible, please also bring the product packaging.
*Please note that we may need to verify your identity in some cases.
*If you purchased the item with a credit card, we will generally refund the amount to the credit card used, so please be sure to bring it.

Spare parts
In case you need spare parts, we have a counter where you can pick them up by checking the 6 digit number in the assemly instruction.
※If you can't find the spare part you need, or it is out of stock, please contact the staff at the counter.
※If you bring the receipt spare parts can be ordered for you.
