How do I delete my company account, or downgrade from an IKEA Business Network account to an IKEA for Business account?

You can do that by logging in to My Page.

IKEA Business Network: If you are an administrator

  • You can delete your account by logging in to My Page, clicking 「Account」, 「Login &→Security」→ 「Delete」, and proceeding.
    * If you delete your account, all registered information and history will be deleted.
    Please note that you will also not be able to access your IKEA Business Networ My Page or use your benefits.

For invited users who are not account admins
