How can I cancel my IKEA Family account?

If you no longer want to be an IKEA Family member, you can cancel your membership yourself by logging into your IKEA Family profile and choosing to delete your account.

Delete profile

  1. After logging in to My Page, click "Manage your account".
  2. Click the "Login&Security" tab.
  3. Click "Delete account" and enter your password to delete your registered account.

Just to let you know, after closing your account, you will no longer be able to enjoy the benefits of the IKEA Family membership, and all personal information, including purchase history and wishlists, will be deleted permanently.

A password is required to log in. If you have forgotten your password, please reset it from "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.
If you are unable to log in, please contact our Customer Support Center.

* When contacting the Customer Support Center, it is necessary to confirm at least 3 of the following items.
19 digits of IKEA Family number, name (kanji / full name), date of birth (Western calendar), registered telephone number, registered email address, registered postal code and address
