My pproduct stopped working after I used it. Is it covered under the warranty?

If you find any malfunctions or defects after use, we can exchange the product within one year of purchase or delivery.

Please prepare proof of purchase (receipt or invoice (sent by email if purchased online)) and contact us or bring the product to IKEA store. If you purchased as an IKEA Family member, you can confirm your purchase by logging in to your My Page. If you do not have proof of purchase, please contact us and we will check it for you.
