I want to be able to receive e-mail newsletters from IKEA
Please log in to IKEA Family My Page for more information. Please make sure that the email address in your profile details is correct and that you have subscribed to our email newsletter in Preferences.
In addition, you may not receive the email due to the following reasons.
For PC :
It may be automatically sorted as junk mail to other than the inbox folder, so please check the junk mail folder.
For smartphones and mobile phone email addresses :
If you have specified the domain or set the reception refusal, you may not receive the password mail. Please set so that you can receive emails from "@ family.email.ikea.jp" and also check the reception refusal settings.
If you still cannot solve the problem, please contact our Customer Support Center.
