I want to start/stop receiving marketing emails from IKEA, how can I change this?
If you want, or not want to, receive marketing emails from IKEA, you can change this by logging into your IKEA Family account and navigating to 'Manage my account'.
[How to change your profile information]
After logging in to your IKEA Family My Page, click on " Manage your account", edit the "Newsletter subscriptions" section of the "Preferences" tab and uncheck "via email". Finally, if you save your changes, they will not be delivered.
If the left side of the e-mail is "× ", the change is complete. click "Confirm and update your registration details" and edit "Newsletter subscriptions" in the "Other" tab. If you want to unsubscribe, uncheck the email address, or if you want to allow subscriptions, check it, and then save your changes to reflect your subscription settings.
If there is an "X" to the left of the email, it has been unsubscribed; if there is an "O" it has been set to allow delivery.

Click on "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the e-mail newsletter to unsubscribe.
*If you change or delete your email settings, the changes may take up to two weeks to take effect. Thank you for your understanding.

* When contacting the Customer Support Center, it is necessary to confirm at least 3 of the following items.
19 digits of IKEA Family number, name (kanji / full name), date of birth (Western calendar), registered telephone number, registered email address, registered postal code and address
*Keep in mind that if you choose not to receive any emails, you might miss out on personal gifts, such as your birthday coupon.
