I received only three wall attachment fittings for the back of my mirror.
Mirrors with fittings at three points on the back can be placed both vertically or horizontally. Please use the upper two fittings.

HYLLIS/I can't screw in the screws.
Allow play without overtightening the screws and assemble them while adjusting. If the sides of the shelf are wide, use pliers or the like to bend them inward to facilitate screwing. If you assemble while tightening all the screws, the screw holes will not fit in the later process.
