Collect rechargeable batteries/Where do I bring used rechargeable batteries at the store?

You can hand over the rechargeable battery to the co-worker at the battery department of each store.

Please bring your FIXA electric drill to the return counter*. We will return the main body of the drill  after taking out the battery.
*At City shop(IKEA Harajuku, IKEA Shibuya, IKEA Shinjuku), please bring to the Customer Support counter.
