Don't worry if your product breaks while you're taking it home or during assembly. If you're an IKEA Family member, we'll exchange it for free within 14 days of purchase. This service is subject to our return policy.
- The damaged product
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, delivery note for online orders, IKEA Family purchase history)
- The IKEA Family card or card number used for the purchase
*Eligible products are subject to the return policy. Outlet items, custom-made products, and food are not eligible for this service.
*Customers are responsible for any shipping fees related to the exchange.
