There's something wrong with the product I bought. Can I exchange it at an IKEA store?
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. For the quickest resolution, please bring your product with your proof of purchase (receipt, tax invoice, IKEA Family member history) t to the Returns Counter on the first floor of an IKEA Store.
If you're unable to do so, please contact the Customer Support Centre.
When you contact the Customer Support Centre, make sure to have your proof of purchase (receipt, tax invoice, IKEA Family member history) with you.
Also, assembly instructions and part numbers are required to identify the defective part or parts.
Images of the product or faulty part (depending on the situation, you may be asked to send these to us).
If you do not have your order number, please look for the 8-digit product number sticker on the product.
If you do not have the assembly instructions, you can download it from the product page on our website.
