Do you offer a quality guarantee on knives, non-stick pots, pans and woks?

Applies to product purchased on or after September 1, 2024. The quality warranty period for knives, non-stick pots, frying pans and woks will be newly extended to 15 years.

For purchases made on or after September 1, 2024, the warranty period for knives, non-stick pots, frying pans, and woks will be 15 years from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required with the original purchase receipt.
