What is mirror glass?
Mirror glass comprises mostly of ordinary glass with a reflective coating in some kind of metal. "PRUNKHALLON mirror is a flirt with my childhood and the vibrant IKEA designs of the 1990s. When I was small, I was always given food or snacks on colourful IKEA plates shaped like a flower. They are iconic to me and remind me of what I think is most important about decor and food – to have fun. I designed PRUNKHALLON mirror in close collaboration with product developers at IKEA and we’ve chosen to keep the lively colours and shapes but updated the expression for the 2020s."
