A firm 20 cm high foam mattress with 3 layers of comfort and support. A washable cover and a top layer of high-resilience foam combined with memory foam and comfort zones for even body weight distribution.

A combination of 3 carefully selected foam layers provides support and comfort.
5 comfort zones right where you need them support hips and shoulders, creating a natural spine alignment.
High-resilience foam on top gives a firm feel – and the memory foam underneath helps to relieve pressure on your spine and joints.
The soft quilted stretch fabric follows your body movements and has added wadding.
The cover is removable and can be machine washed. Divide the cover to make it easier to fit in the washing machine.

All of our mattresses can be used immediately, but keep in mind that a packaged mattress only regains its full shape and comfort after approximately 72 hours. Your body also needs a couple of weeks to adapt to the new mattress.
Sometimes the mattress has a noticeable smell when you open the packaging. The smell isn’t harmful or toxic and disappears over time. Airing and vacuuming the mattress helps to eliminate the smell faster.

do not recommendJaroslawAfter 10 months the foam lost it's memory... The mattress is not as firm as it was at the beginning, especially at the edges. That make it extremely uncomfortable; i have a feeling that I am rolling out to its edge. Starting the return process, I do not know if I want to exchange for other IKEA mattress :-(

Airing out a nuisance, but after that it's excellent!PatriciaIt took nearly a month to get the chemical smell out, in a room with an air purifier and windows left open in the summer. Removing the cover and washing it straight away was helpful. We really felt we'd made a mistake, as the smell was so strong there was just no way you could sleep on it comfortably. Once the smell had dissipated we set it up on the new bedframe and it was incredibly comfortable. We are side sleepers and it's perfect for us. Sleeping on it for 4 months now, no dents or compression at all and its the best mattress we've ever had, way better than the pocket sprung mattress it replaced. If you need a new mattress in a hurry, it may not be for you, but if you have time to air it properly you'll find it a great purchase. I'd buy again.

Good and badBrianGood is the comfort of the matress firm but not rock hard which is what was required, Bad was the awful chemically headache inducing smell that it emitted and took several weeks to reduce sufficently for it to be bearable. This was dispite leaving it outside in the suumer air to air for 2-3 weeks. I was on the verge of returning it but as it was for my daughter and she was happy with it I didn't. They do say its part of the packaging process but and it does disipate it cetainly doesn't as quickly as the suggest.
Very bad quality mattressMarcWe have had this mattress for 3 months and our experience has been very bad. At the beggining it was ok, but with few weeks we started “sinking” during nights and having back pain every morning. We would like to return this mattress and change to a decent one.
Good Quality, But Too Firm for Side SleepersItzchakOverall, this mattress seems to be of good quality, but unfortunately, it was too firm for me. As a side sleeper, I found it uncomfortable and experienced pain when lying on my side. However, if you sleep on your back, it might be a great fit. I’ve since switched to the IKEA Vesteroy in medium firm, and I’m very happy with it.
Noticeable smell ElsyWe unpacked the mattress a few days ago and we haven't been able to use it yet because of the strong smell it brings and although the website mentions that it is not harmful or toxic, we have felt a headache because we are more sensitive to different strong smells. For this reason I am considering to check the issue of this smell and when it is supposed to go away.

Now, my wife and I suffer from back pain every day. At the time I paid 479 euros for the mattress to have holes in it in just a few days, that doesn't make sense. How to resolve this?
