What do I do if a product is missing from my delivery?
Can’t find something in your delivery? Let’s double-check together we’re just a message or call away.
If a product is missing from your in your home delivery, parcel delivery or brought items home from an IKEA store, make sure to first double-check all boxes. Ensure that your delivery has not been split into multiple deliveries. You will be able to track deliveries through My Purchases.
If you are missing a part of a product, the whole item or missing a box IKEA asks that you inform us as early as possible by;
- Going to your nearest IKEA Store.
- Contact Customer Services by writing "I want to talk to a human" in the chat. Alternatively, you can call 01 696 6246.
Please ensure that you have your order number / order confirmation.
By going direct to an IKEA store, the store will be able to replace the missing item and give it to you to take home providing there is available stock. If the item can not be taken home, there and then we will be able to arrange a home delivery of the missing item. If you choose to be refunded for the missing item, the Store will be able to arrange this for you too.
If you contact Customer Services, we will be able to arrange for you to collect the missing item from store after checking there is available stock. IKEA will also be able to arrange to have the missing item delivered to your home address. Alternatively, if you decided to receive a refund for the missing item, we can process this for you too.

If something is missing after delivery or pick up from IKEA Click & Collect or a pick-up point, make sure to first check if your order has been split into multiple deliveries, as the missing item might still be on its way. If you find that items are still missing from your order, please contact IKEA Customer Service either online or in-store.
