Can I return a product in store?
If you have purchased from IKEA Ireland online or in store, you can return your product to selected IKEA stores in Ireland: Ballymun, Carrickmines or Waterford.
Please note that you can return IKEA products that you have purchased abroad; however, you will receive the refund on a gift card or a refund card. Simply visit the Returns desk located near the exit after the checkouts with your product and proof of purchase. As an IKEA Family member, you can view a full history of your purchases in My Purchases.
You can return items to the following stores: Ballymun, Carrickmines or Waterford. The following stores are Plan and Order Points that do not accept returns at this time: Drogheda, Cork, Carlow, Stephen's Green, Sligo and Naas.
